How do I find my Unitus member number?
You can find the correctly formatted account number on the bottom of one of your Unitus checks. The first group of numbers on the left is the Unitus routing number. The next group of numbers is your account number.
How do I change my billing address in Unitus?
Log in to uOnline or the Unitus mobile app. Select ‘Settings’ from the navigation menu. Select the ‘Contact’ tab. You can edit your address, phone number(s) and/or email address by clicking the pencil icon next to the field you want to update.

Your account number (usually 10-12 digits) is specific to your personal account. It’s the second set of numbers printed on the bottom of your checks, just to the right of the bank routing number. You can also find your account number on your monthly statement.
Why is my bank account number 7 digits?
If you said “7-digits”, you’re only half right. Your account number is your 7-digit Member number PLUS the 6-digit prefix that indicates checking, savings or other share type.
Is your account number the same as your member number?
Your Account Number is the series of numbers in the middle (see below). Your Member Number identifies your membership as a whole, while an Account Number is a unique 14-digit number assigned to a specific account. Each account type (checking, savings, loan) will have a different Account Number.
Why is my account number 9 digits?
Technically, a routing number uses 8 digits to identify the Federal Reserve District and the specific bank or financial institution. However, routing numbers in use today utilize 9 digits. The 9th digit used to verify the previous 8 digits according to a math formula.
